Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 15:00–00:00 (Villa: from 15:00).
• Check-out: by 11:00.
• Please let us know your arrival time on the day you arrive — we will welcome you in person.
• Please return the keys at check-out.

During your stay

• Quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parties and events are not permitted in the apartments.
• Commercial photography is allowed.
• In the wellness area, we ask you to be considerate and to keep the atmosphere quiet.

Good to know

• The accommodation is in a remote spot in the forest; the nearest shops are around 40 minutes away.
• There are no surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas of the property.
