Proof of lower damage

The guest retains the right to prove that no damage has occurred or that the damage is substantially lower than the lump sum stated in each case.

No statutory right of withdrawal

For bookings of holiday accommodation for a specific period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB. The agreed cancellation terms apply.
